Can you buy only InfoBox instead of the complete tools included in ToogleBox?
Yes, InfoBox is available as a standalone product.
How can I access InfoBox?
You can log in through ToogleBox and then click on the InfoBox icon.
Will there be any checks for offensive or inappropriate content?
InfoBox does not perform automatic offensive content checks. Content moderation is the responsibility of the company to ensure appropriateness.
What can viewers see when they open the add-on or mobile app?
The viewers can see the landing sections of all the contents that have been published specifically for them.
How does InfoBox notify new published content?
InfoBox was built to allow the viewer to choose when they want to check the content. While technical limitations prevent notifications within the Gmail add-on, the mobile app offers a convenient way to receive alerts.
Can I generate images within InfoBox?
By selecting the 'HTML generated image' element, you can use an editor to create a new image composed of a mix of customizable text and uploaded images. You can even edit the HTML code by clicking 'View' > 'Source code.'
Can I format the text elements?
Texts can be aligned to the center, right, or left. They can also be formatted to bold, italic, or underline for impactful highlights.  A variety of colors can also be used to customize the look of your text.
How are sections organized when saving a content?
Currently, sections are reordered in alphabetical order after being created.
How do I select the landing section?
When creating new content, the first section created will be set as the landing section by default. If multiple sections are created, you can select a different landing section by clicking the house icon, which will change to green.
Can you pin certain contents at the top of the screen that appears when clicking the add-on?
Pinning specific contents to the top within the add-on is not supported due to technical limitations. They are displayed in order of publication.
What happens if a content is deleted but it is linked to other content?
InfoBox notifies the user and prevents the deletion of linked content to maintain content integrity and avoid broken links.
Can the admin know whether users click and/or read content?
Our tool focuses on data export, providing downloads in CSV format. For building dashboards, additional data visualization software would be required.
Does InfoBox have a search engine?
Currently, it does not have a search engine. This feature may be considered in future versions.
Can a section include all the elements from another section?
Yes, sections can incorporate all elements from another section using the 'Insert internal content' element.
Are publications deleted after a certain period of time?
When publishing a content, you can configure the date range for which it will be published. If no end date is selected, the default is to keep the content forever unless deleted.
How are permissions assigned?
Permissions are assigned at the account level. The same person can't have, for example, an editor role for one content and a publisher role for another.
What are the differences between InfoBox and ToogleBoard?
InfoBox has expanded both the content creation and segmented publication capabilities, to deliver a much more powerful content delivery system.
Who installs the InfoBox Gmail add-on?
The Super Admin installs the InfoBox Gmail add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

‍Processing of data under GDPR
‍In accordance with the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation), for customers located in the EEA (European Economic Area) ToogleBox acts as the Controller for the processing of personal data collected from the customer with the purpose of rendering End-user info update, External contact sharing, Signature Management, Dynamic Group Management, Contact search, deletion, audit, and synchronization, Email damage control tools (email recall, search and deletion), Internal narrowcasting tool (Bulletin Board) services. For this purpose, ToogleBox will process only Full name and job-related fields present in the Google Workspace Directory, i.e. email address, title, department, phone numbers, street address, Supervisor’s email address, employee type, cost center from Google Workspace domain users, and external contacts.

ToogleBox respects all current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, the privacy of users, and the confidentiality and security of personal data, in accordance with what is established in legislation regarding the protection of data, in particular, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union and the Council of 27 April 2016, adopting all the technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the technological state, the nature of the personal data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
