Archive email accounts with ArkiveBox

1. Install the ArkiveBox Scope
The Google Workspace Superadmin grants manual access to ArkiveBox by configuring the appropriate scope in the security section of the Google Workspace Console.
2. Archive accounts
Select the domain from which you want to archive accounts. Click on the archiving icon and choose whether to upload a CSV file or insert them manually. You can apply filters to refine the emails to be archived.
3. Monitor progress
Once the archiving process is complete, the ArkiveBox Console displays essential information, including email account details, email count, total size, first and last email dates, user information, and more.
4. Manage archived accounts
After archiving an account, you have three options: Download it as an MBOX file with metadata for easy access; delete the archived data if it is no longer needed; reinstate the data to another Google Workspace account. If you choose to reinstate, simply set the destination account and apply labels as needed. Archived accounts cannot be partially recovered. Once fully reinstated, you can search for specific content.
