1. Mass account creation
Download the Creation Template, upadte the info in a Google Sheet and upload a CSV file with the new end-users' accounts information.
2. Mass account update
Download the CSV file with all user accounts, update it with the new information in Google Sheets, and upload it again using a CSV file
3. Choose options when uploading the file
When uploading the CSV file, you should choose some options. The first one allows you to have the same image on each user's photo. The second is related to deactivating data validation. Choosing this option means the system will not check for data errors or inconsistencies with data validation. The third option asks for a password change for all users
