2. Configure the domain access
Add the new Super Admin email address and set the administrator privileges for the listed domains.
3. Configure the external domain synchronization
Once you have selected the External Contacts Auto Sync feature, click on the left orange gear to choose the domains to be synchronized with your Directory. A blue arrow pointing west will appear on the selected domains.
4. Revoke permissions, if needed
Click on the right gear to choose the domains from which you wish to suspend the synchronization. A blue arrow pointing east will disappear. This setting will work only for future synchronizations.
5. Enforce the syncing process
Even though the syncing process is executed automatically every time any changes are detected from other Directory domains, you may also manually enforce it using the refresh icon. This will also trigger the Internal Contact Auto Sync process.
6. Schedule the process
When clicking the calendar icon two things will be defined: 1) the day when the weekly changes from external contacts will be sent by email; 2) the day when the Internal Syncing process will take place tin order to update the end-users's address books with the Shared Contacts.
