1. Create a new Data Access configuration
Begin by creating a new data access configuration for your desired domain.
2. Define Data Field permissions
Select which fields administrators can edit (visible), those they can view but not edit (read-only), and which fields are mandatory to fill in.
3. Specify Data Access recipients
Determine who has access to this data configuration. You can assign it to the entire domain, a specific organizational unit, or even select individuals. Finally, click on the Green Button to create the Data Access.
