1. Create a new Data Access configuration
Begin by creating a new data access configuration for your desired domain.
2. Define Data Access Characteristics
The following steps are required for creating a New Data Access:
1. Select User Profile Attributes to define which fields are visible and/or read-only for admins.
2. Select Authorized Domains for which this data access rule will apply.
3. Determine which administrators will have this access (a specific domain, Org Unit, or individual persons).
4. Finalize the configuration by either previewing the data access rule or creating it directly.
